If you fold in Five Card Draw prior to the discard phase, you will still have to choose cards to discard.

Play Five Card Draw, fold before the discard phase.
What I expected to happen
Folded players are already out of the game, and therefore whether or not they discard any cards have no say in the games outcome, so they shouldn’t even get the prompt to discard cards or not.
What happened
Players out of the game (folded) can still discard cards.
