Canvas Doors do not seem to send any I/O signals to other objects when opened/closed.
Steps to Reproduce
Place a Canvas Door and an item that accepts I/O signals (IE another door)
What I expected to happen
The object would perform the command given by the I/O signal.
What happened
The object does nothing.
