After speaking with all 10 of the visiting Halloween characters the counter for the achievement remained at 9. I did not receive an item from both Gabeyereal or Raechel (Might’ve mispelled) so I thought that could be part of the problem. I did switch servers around to try and get all of them but now I’m stuck at 9.
