None of the media players show videos in high resolution despite having it set to 1080p or 2160p (or even 720p).
Steps to Reproduce
Play any visual media (video) on any media player.
What I expected to happen
The media player will show the resolution set in game settings or highest available
What happened
The media player shows a low resolution video stream instead.
