[0.16.11.0] Dynamic lighting is inconsisent between reloads

Important: Please include the version number of the game in the title! (for example: [0.16.11.0] Broken Feature). The latest version is [0.16.11.0] The radii and IES projection cones for dynamic lights are not consistent and do not persist between reloads, the distance from world origin doesn’t appear to have any bearing on it, this was tested in Smooth Dirt with the items being placed a mere few thousand units away from world origin Please see below for screenshots and videos of…
