ticket gun literally does not work or display

Steps to Reproduce

i got the ticket gun fairly soon after it came out, and i think the servers being all wonky thanks to the influx of people messed up the item

What I expected to happen

to get the ticket gun and use it

The Ticket Gun has not been actually made yet, hence the Unfinished tag on the item. Any equippable items with the Unfinished tag are either barely functional or do not work at all.
