[0.16.0.1] "glass" and "horn" not capitalized in appearance menu

The “glass” section of the Ball Race customization menu and “horn” section of the Accelerate menu are not capitalized like every other subsection.

This is a very odd Unreal bug. In the code is it capitalized, but when we build the game for shipping it lower cases it. Same with the word “games”.

Here’s the explanation.
