If you get the bumper item, you’ll start experiencing significantly more server lag/rubber banding. This lag goes away when you use the item.
This video demonstrates the bug, but it’s a bit longer than it needs to be, you only really need to see the first 40 seconds or so. I hold the bumper card for the first 20 seconds before using it.
