[0.15.1.0] Drivable items extremely slow in parts of plaza

It’s possible this is intentional, but if it is, it seems that the bounding boxes of these areas is not consistent

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Get in a vehicle or RC
  2. Drive around the plaza area near the fountains

What I expected to happen

A consistent and usable speed

What happened

The speed of the vehicles is extremely slow. Ontop of that, the areas in which there are slow downs doesn’t seem to have consistency, and has no vertical bounds from what I can tell, so it affects many areas of the map.

Might be related to a few load in trigger volumes that were made for optimization. I’ll check it out and have a fix going in next update.
