So like… I thought that banning/blocking people with Steam Community URLs just like- didn’t work for the longest time. Turns out- you have to use the very last part of the URL, the part that’s actually custom. Using the full URL just spits an error. So like- typing “melonplexicon” will block/ban me, but typing steamcommunity.com/id/melonplexicon or steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198071804948 won’t. This could be a classic Melon 2 IQ moment, but I feel like the wording could explain how the URLs are handled better (since the URL itself doesn’t actually do anything). Or make it so using the full URLs works.
