The string length sliders on the Balloon and Heart Balloon items are unlabeled, cannot be dragged, and are always set to 0.

At some point (I think 0.15.0.1) this was fixed for regular balloons, but as of 0.15.1.1 it’s still broken on heart balloons:

Can confirm it’s still broken in the phase 2 update, so we’ll get on fixing this soon.
