[0.14.6.0] Item snap points don't seem to exist

At least for me, I can’t use the snap points in Condo and they also don’t show up when I toggle visibility. Changing the radius also doesn’t seem to do anything.

Steps to Reproduce

Try to use item snap slots.

What I expected to happen

Them to exist.

What happened

They didn’t

Thanks for the report. I found out the issue, it was something loading out of order.
