[0.14.5.1] RC Sleigh bells ignore volume settings

The bells you can hear ringing on the RC Sleigh aren’t affected by the volume setting set by the user.

Steps to Reproduce

Lower volume to 0, activate the RC Sleigh and jump

What I expected to happen

To not hear something.

What happened

I heard something.
