[0.14.3.2] Voice chat volume doesn't adjust properly when in game worlds

If you change voice chat volume with the settings menu in the middle of a gameworld, the setting changes, but the volume doesn’t.

Steps to Reproduce

Change voice chat volume while playing a gameworld.

What I expected to happen

Voice volume changes accordingly.

What happened

Voice volume doesn’t change.

Notes / Media

Was playing Ball Race, if it’s gameworld-specific.
