[0.14.3.2] Emote menu missing, cannot play emotes

So I’m just trying to play the game like usual, I see a few people doing dance moves and I wanted to join in.
Pull up the emotes, and it’s all blank. I click on “dances, general, special, and poses.”
Nothing happens.
Mac and A person named Niko on the discord suggested to respawn/remove morphs but I did not have any morphs on and respawning did not bring back the menu.

Steps to Reproduce

Unknown, It’s affecting me without me doing anything except updating the game.

What I expected to happen

I open up the emotes menu and I can select dance moves, dab, golf drive, etc.

What happened

I open up the emotes menu and nothing but the categories show up.

Edit (Further notes)

  1. I went to a condo and the menu appeared back.
  2. Seems to not have happened today (9/1) might be random chance?

I’ll take a look into what is going on.

I think I figured it out, it happened after I equipped and unequipped my scooter. Since you can’t emote on vehicles maybe it thought I was still on one. I’d test it right now but I’m busy today and won’t be on till later.

Steps to reproduce:

  • open a Plaza/Condo
  • put on scooter
  • press C once to open the menu (do not open emotes menu)
  • take off scooter

= emotes listings gone

If you have opened your emotes list even just once prior to doing those steps in your session, the bug will not reproduce.

This is now fixed in the next update.
