The trees, grass patches and ferns in Courtyard Villa don’t appear on transdimensional paintings.

I think this is due to the Villa foliage fading out at a distance for optimisation reasons.
The teleport destination is way too close to these trees and plants for them to be in fading out range, though
Do the plants still disappear when the destination is right on top of you (so that you’re rendering them normally)?
Yeah, they do. No matter how close or far away the trees/plants are, they never appear on the teleporter

This actually an optimization for the portal rendering, it doesn’t render foliage.
