[0.14.1.3] The day/night always night option doesn't work

The normal behavior.
Always night

The issue the bug caused.
Sometimes it’s still day even though I have it set to only night

This bug is still a problem, here is a video to show

This bug has been quite annoying for me, especially since the beach is entirely white from the snow

Occuring again in 0.17.10.0

I have plaza time set to night, and while the effect looks nice I’m pretty sure the lighting shouldn’t look like this
