The Billiards Overview Camera is broken in the nightclub pool room (not the two Billiards near the bar).
Steps to Reproduce
Just go to a Billiards pool table, play on it, and press space to go to Overview Mode (only the 4 Billiards in the room outside the bar).

To look down on the pool table

The ceiling lights are blocking it.
