Initially upon spawning in, NPC cameras will be set as they should be.
However if the player uses zoom once anywhere at all, regardless of talking to an NPC all NPC cameras will be out of adjustment and look slightly zoomed out.

It should be noted, this resets upon reloading the condo. This probably also doubles down to plaza NPCs too.
