[0.13.3.0] Masked Materials lose their 'Masked' flag while playing Arcade games

Happens on both workshop playermodels and certain wearables. The materials return to normal after the game ends.

Here it is with my Kazooie model and the paper crown.

This is due to the fade system.

You might already be aware, but FYI, it affects regular transparency too, and also happens at the poker tables & playing musical instruments (even in condos.)
