I just got the Resort condo, and started placing some fish into the big aquarium in the shopping area near the lobby. However, as I did this, I noticed very quickly that fish were just swimming through the glass and then falling onto the ground and flopping around like what normally happens when you place a fish outside of an aquarium.
Should be able to reproduce the bug by just placing some fish in the aquarium and watching them.
