[0.12.0.0] World Align Can't Be Toggled On for Canvas Walls Placed Before 0.12

Title; when you edit a canvas wall that was placed before 0.12.0.0 came out, World Align shows as being toggled on, but does nothing, even if you toggle it off and on again, so to use World Align on those canvases you have to replace them with new canvases.

Also, if you turn World Align off on a canvas wall, stop editing the wall, and start editing it again, World Align will turn itself back on.

Canvas Wall has always had World Align applied, which is possibly where this confusion comes from.
