[0.12.0.0] Most changes done to object scale don't network to host/other players

Editing the values in the “Manipulate” window seem to work fine for position and rotation, but scale seems to not work more than it does. It’ll update on your end, but other people won’t see it, and the collision will cause that weird stuttering effect as the game tries to figure out where the player should/can be. I don’t know what else to include in this.

Thanks for the report. Turns out the scale doesn’t work with canvas primitives.

A fix for this is being made in the hot fix.

Unfortunately there’s some more issues with this bug so it might not make it in the next hot fix, but the following one.
