Not really a bug per se, but I think this was rolled out during 0.11.0.0 when there were some changes to the suite lighting and exterior. Now the backyard (and most of the other exterior areas) are a bit too bright for comfort, particularly when compared to the suite interior. Also ends up washing out nearly all the colors on items placed outdoors.
Particularly noticeable on lighter surfaces, like this stone monolith (which should be grey instead of bright white).
Note the washed out colors on the wooden wall frames in the shadow as well (canvases are unaffected).
