It’s transparency sorting, which is an issue with UE4 (or more specifically, game engines in general). Basically, due to the way things are rendered in games, transparent (partially translucent) polygons get ordered incorrectly. In your example, the transparent glass in the sunglasses and light is getting drawn above the transparent polygons that make up the ball.
