Any hats and glasses worn when sitting at a gambling machine causes them to shift and either move up or down, or completely vanish from sight until the player either takes off then puts the cosmetic back on, or reconnects to Tower Unite servers. Waist cosmetics appear to be fine.
This is now resolved in 0.13.5.0!
