That part of the ceiling fan is missing the metal clip that connects it to the base, and you can right click and choose to edit the colors of the ceiling fan even though it’s not actually colorable (it just shows the “Save and Close” dialog, as seen in the picture). And no, the color issue wasn’t reported before, there was this one but it’s different.
