Problem: I recently bought Tower Unite and I am unable to locate any servers with people in it, not even the Official Tower Unite server shows up.
Reasons why: I have a feeling it has to do with the fact that the official server is a US server and i’m from eastern europe, as my friend sees the server and they’re american. The server actually appeared in my server list once and i was able to join it that one time, even MacDguy was there.
Suggested solution: I usually was able to pass this issue in GMOD by adding the server to favorites or joining through ip by typing “connect [ip]” in the console, so having a similar thing implemented into tower unite could probably help me and loads of others that are located in different parts of the world.

Same. I can no longer see the official ‘pixeltail’ tower unite server #1 in my server list. I’m from the EU but it’s nice to hop onto the populated NA server just to make friends and even play minigolf (probably the only current minigame that tends to not suffer much from lag).

A temporary fix might be to change your Steam download region settings to somewhere in North America. I suggested this to someone and it solved the issue.
I personally don’t have this issue however, and I live in Sweden. I am forced to refresh the server list a few times however until the official lobby eventually shows up.
This doesn’t seem really to work.
I really dont get how hard this issue is to fix, cause when my friends are in the main lobby i can see their server info and see that the ping there is good for me and everything, but i cant click “join game” or i cant add the server to favorites or join through ip.
Are your Steam ports opened? Having some of these closed can cause connectivity issues.

I host games a lot on different steam games like gmod, l4d2, tf2, so yeah i have all ports open.
