We’ve got a couple of ideas for the types of customization we would personally be interested in for the new Tower Unite condos. Why is the team working on the least popular vote? There’s nothing in the Trello except for “Wall Editing” and that’s just changing the material/color.

There are several condo improvements planned to be added to the game.

Advanced Condo Tools, which is designed to make the current condo editing system easier to use.

Condo I/O, a complete I/O system for condo items. We haven’t released a full specification of what Condo I/O is, but a very simple example is making a button that turns on or off a specific lamp.

Yes, I mentioned that first one and addressed the only relevant milestone.

Because we wanted to see what people are interested in at the time, and that poll is pretty old. We decided to spend time developing better tools to create more than just walls, as Caboose mentioned.

Drag and drop creation of walls were found to take a significant amount of time to create and there’s lots of technical issues to solve.

We found items mixed with canvas, advanced condo tools, and the condo I/O system, provide the most flexibility.

It’s still a bit annoying being locked to preset house layouts. I hope you do the prefab room pieces in the future.
