What Are These Items for?

Basically generators that give items - like the catsack. Playtime generator gives items based on playtime.

He also implemented AddPromoItem for granting singular types of promo items at a time. Lastly, he added support for daily item that become available at a fixed time.

so I guess you’d put these in your condo as a sort of a reward? Either for playtime, or finding the generator?
or is the condo owner the only player able to benefit from them?

Actually, they are automatic.

The Upgrade store is only for things affecting gameworlds IIRC
