There are issues while playing, in condos at times I can go less than 1FPS, and in general have huge lag spikes
What are your computer specs?
And are the Condos empty or have lots of things in them?
Here are my specs, got a fairly average set up, and the homes tend to have roughly about 1k items I would guess, but it happens ar different times, no game I know can lag like this at times, like I can run the Witcher 3 for example perfectly fine
