I may have missed it in the stream, but was it ever mentioned how the rarer catsacks (silver, gold, cosmic) can be obtained? Is there a small chance for a catsack to become a rare catsack upon purchase? Is it possible to get a higher quality catsack within a normal catsack? Or are the circumstances for getting one more special?
So far, we know that any catsack has a minuscule chance of dropping a catsack one tier higher (normal to silver, silver to gold, gold to cosmic). I don’t recall any other methods being explicitly stated, but they did confirm that the aforementioned method is NOT the only way to obtain higher tier catsacks.
