some people may have forgotten about the EULA part that they’ve surely read carefully telling them not to use automation tools

I love how that’s a joke about how no one ever actually reads the EULA’s for any game. Except I do, usually skimming through to important bits

The saying “ignorance of the law is no excuse” comes to mind here as an appropriate response.

Most EULAs are made up of a couple of obligatory paragraphs and I usually scan the text and look for them.

My approach is more forgiving but technically I can’t really argue with that.
