Got this yesterday. I uninstalled and deleted all files (won’t harm anything) and reinstalled and that fixed it. I also moved this into the support category.

Hi, I’ve been playing TU since the closed beta but not for a few weeks. Yesterday I tried to play it and couldn’t get to the main TU menu - just kept getting the welcome screen for the Little Crusaders beta. Checked I was opted out for betas. So decided to uninstall TU and reinstall - now I am getting the TCP messaging error. Has anyone else had this problem and been able to get TU back? It won’t launch at all now : (
I got the error so I uninstalled the game, deleted files (won’t harm anything) and reinstall as said above.

Doesn’t it delete the files anyway when you uninstall the game though - it said it was deleting files. Which files did you manually delete? Any help much appreciated!
