Is the tiny potion supposed to slow you down

I bought the potion to run around and have some fun as a small milk carton. But it slows me to the speed of a turtle. Is it supposed to do that or is that a bug that isnt fixed yet. If its supposed to be like that it really needs to be improved

You run at the speed of a disabled snail, (I don’t know how that would work but you get me.) But I find flying is much more manoeuvrable while tiny. The larger you are, the heavier you are, making flying that little bit harder. Although if you want to get from point A to point B on land as fast as possible, Large potion is where it’s at.
