Inventory won't work

So I decided to make this topic after two updates in TowerUnite to make sure if the patch would fix his problem. So the problem is that my friend cannot access his inventory when pressing the inventory button to get his party guns and stuff.

He has done all he can to try fixing it by uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, verify integrity of game files, and restarting his computer. He always rage by this and makes him not to play the game because of this only bug for him. Is there any similar problems people are getting these type of bug? Or is there something more?

Do items show up in his inventory in steam itself? Also, does he happen to have a lot of items? (Greater than ~20,000) as currently that appears to be making the steam item callback time out.

If you can PM me his steam id so I can check things out on the back end, that’d be useful too.
