The problem is you’re using Intel HD Graphics 3000. Integrated graphic cards are not fully supported in Tower Unite.
Okay i fixed this. Just set balanced setup in 3d settings on Intel

Future advice, get a gaming computer next time, or at least one with a GPU. It will lessen the strain on the CPU when gaming, and give you higher framerate as a result. Of course, different hardware can be better/worse, but in my experience, using only my Intel HD chip halfs my framerate instead of using my nVidia 765m GPU with most games.
(Yes, I am aware of how bad my 765m is compared to newer stuff, but I cant fix a chipped GPU on a laptop, unless I do a rig. Aint nobody got cash for that. But at least it runs ultra at 50-60 FPS.)
