My friend StrikingCobra got Tower Unite today, and whenever we try to get his GMT transferred it just says “Transfer Unsuccessful” telling him to earn at least 1 unit, but he has earned more than 1 unit. Before he purchased the game he was playing using my copy on my computer through family sharing if that affects anything.
did your friend do the transfer while he was family sharing?
No we waited until after he had purchased the game to avoid problems
has he tried reinstalling? if that doesn’t work then I suggest waiting for a reply from a dev
We’ve tried doing the transfer on multiple computers and on multiple browsers, nothing seems to work
Is the profile he played GMT through the same one that he is currently playing TU on? If the users are different, the transfer will not work.

Well, I don’t think I can help you then. A dev should show up sooner or later to help, though.
Issue was resolved, we were able to transfer the units today.

If I may asked, did you do anything different that made it work today? Maybe someone in the future has this problem and they want to know how to fix it
Did nothing different, just went to transfer today and it worked
