Its under the map. Under the condo lobby. You need to do a glitch to go in there, you also need a jet pack and a tiny potion.

I’m just gonna go ahead and be a party pooper since you seem to legitimately not know about this. This is a very well known secret that was talked about a lot on here when it was first discovered back in the private alpha. None of the devs have ever confirmed what it is though.
