Maybe you should add a list of rules you can set in your condo using the C Menu, such as: Noclip, Swimming, Jetpacks, Running, Jumping, Restricted areas, and others.
I like the idea, but I don’t know why you would want to prevent swimming or running

exactly if you fall in the water you spawn at the beginning of the condo or something
