Just like the title says, we should be able to change level of water in condos (mostly for smooth dirt)

Yknow, this actually sounds pretty cool.
I could imagine peoples condos filled to a certain level with water as if there had been a flood. I would love to have some kinda of cool summer condo where the whole place is just one big fancy pool.
But then again, I could see it being kind of a pain when it comes to visiting other peoples condos, not to mention that the idea is kinda extreme, in my opinion.
I could see the use of this on notflatgrass. You can build a pirate town or whatever and raise the water level so it looks like a floating pirate town!

Mac did mention on the discord that you could change the size of the waves (like in the editor settings, not in-game), but not the actual water level. This could do for some interesting things for people to set up in their condos.
