Can't transfert my GMT progression into Tower Unite

I need help to transfert my GMT account to my Tower unite account.
When I log in with my steam account to do it, nothing happens and i’m stuck trying over and over connecting.
Is there a way I can get some help for this specific thing please?

Well for a start, the converter only turns your GMT items into TowerUnite Units. You don’t get items, but you could quality for some. /shrug
It also could just no be working. Which it has been for some people.

Just a quick update on this: we’re aware of the issues and we’re reworking the transfer system to be more reliable. Hopefully it should be back online soon.

I’ve rewritten the transfer tool, since the last one was breaking every so often. It should be more reliable now.
