I feel that whenever i buy something like a condo or something else in that price range, I should be able to refund it for more, and vice versa for something cheap
If this doesn’t get in the game, I have a tip for you you might know of: If you want to sell something expensive, wait for trading to be in the game. (I’m not sure if you can trade units,) Then trade your desired item for the desired price, like say you bought something for 40,000 units, and when you sell it, you get 20,000 back, sell the item to someone for maybe 35,000 units.
But there won’t be trading…

And you know this how? Because the official response is that they’re considering it
