Are the Light Panel and Spot Light colorable?

I wanna know if the light panel and spot lights are colorable or akin to the same level of customization (pattern wise) as the laser light or fog machine. Since they don’t say specifically if they’re colorable in the shop, I wanna know if I can create some kind of strobe effect of different colors with these lights.

you can change the color, brightness, height, pan, etc
