Going to the casino, I find that the slot machines are poorly lit to the point where I can’t see anything. I can pay to spin but I can’t see the result of that spin as the screens for the payline is nearly pitch black

This is being addressed in the upcoming Summer Update.
2 things wrong, this has been reported many times already and make sure you put the current build in the title of the post. hopefully next time you can get it right.
