In most cases condo server browser just returns you an empty list. You have to refresh twice to get any results.

If your host closes the condo or kicks you, it takes awhile to load the server browser (only to get an empty result). You have to refresh again to get results.

Sometimes an entire list of Plaza pops up in the condo browser, or some condos or other games appear in different browsers where they don’t belong. I suspect this is due to game client’s poor management of callback results from the Steam networking.
