I tried to buy some volleyball nets through Tower Express and they still haven’t appeared in my inventory after the website said purchase successful and after updating my inventory. First time this has happened, might’ve lost 4k though.
Pause the game, go to the inventory and click refresh.
I would try restarting your game if refreshing your inventory didn’t work. From Tower Express’s logs and according to Steam, those items were added to your inventory.
