It seems as if you switch plaza servers, all your accessories and items in your hotbar get unequipped. However, if you join the same server as you did before, this doesn’t happen.
Also seems to happen if you start a game world from the menu. Not sure if it happens if you launch a game from a plaza server, since I haven’t been able to do so.
