[0.2.1.2] Forest Hole 9 area not considered out of bounds

You can get to the area that looks like it was a planned hole on hole 9 of forest without being considered out of bounds from the starting area

That’s the old practice hole that was used in GMod Tower. Surprisingly, you could jump down to there from Hole 9 even back then. Should probably be counted as out of bounds while falling down before you ever reach it though.

It only counts as out of bounds if you miss the thing entirely and hit the ground or water.
