Any time I try to change one of my workshop items including NPCs all of the other ones change as well. I have deleted my workshop cache and verified the game integrity. I also tried different condos. This only started happening today, September 21st.
Steps to Reproduce
Place multiple workshop items, change one, then change a second one and the first one changes as well.
What I expected to happen
The other workshop items to remain the same.
